Vestry at St Andrew's

The Vestry participates in the sacred work of helping God's people flourish

The vestry is the elected leadership body of the parish, entrusted with supporting the mission and ministry of the Church through prayerful discernment, stewardship, and governance. Working alongside the Rector, the vestry helps guide the life of the parish, cares for the parish's resources, and seeks to ensure that all ministry reflects the love and mission of Jesus Christ.

At St. Andrew's, the vestry consists of nine dedicated individuals who are committed to the spiritual health and future of our parish. Together, they prayerfully discern God's direction, support the ministries of the Church, and work to create a welcoming community where all people can encounter Christ, grow in faith, and experience the transforming power of God's love.

The vestry of St. Andrew's meets on the third Monday of each month to pray, discern, and provide leadership for the life and ministry of the parish. Vestry meetings are open to all members of the congregation, and we welcome those who wish to observe the work of parish governance. While visitors may attend, participation in discussion is limited to vestry members unless permission to address the vestry is granted by the chair. Through prayerful conversation and faithful stewardship, the vestry seeks to support the mission of St. Andrew's and create opportunities for all people to experience the love and presence of Jesus Christ.
